2. Information We Collect

• Personal Data: Name, phone, email, profile photo, address, identity/verification details if required.
• Usage Data: Device info, IP, approximate location, app interactions, preferences.
• Transaction Data: Purchases, subscriptions, payments (processed by payment partners).
• Communications: Messages to us or to other users via the Platform.

3. How We Use Data

• Create/manage accounts; enable listings and discovery.
• Process payments and subscriptions via compliant partners.
• Security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
• Service improvement, analytics, and support.
• Marketing with consent; you can opt out.

4. Payments

Payments for subscriptions, boosts and other paid features are processed by third-party gateways such as Google Play Billing, the Apple App Store and providers like Razorpay (for certain payments). We do not store complete card or netbanking credentials. Transaction handling follows each provider’s security standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, tokenization).

5. Sharing

We share data with service providers (hosting, analytics, support, payments) under contracts, only as necessary; with authorities where legally required; and with your consent for specific services. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Retention

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. However, no system is 100% secure.
