Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for purchasing services and plans through Lyink. Please read this policy carefully.
1. Subscription Plans & In-App Purchases
Lyink offers subscription plans and paid boosts via third-party payment providers such as Google Play Billing and Razorpay. Once activated, plans are generally non-refundable except as noted below.
2. Cancellations
- You can cancel future renewals anytime from your account or app store (Google Play / App Store). The current paid period will continue until expiry.
3. Refunds (Eligible Cases)
- Duplicate payment for the same plan.
- Charged but service not activated within a reasonable time.
- Technical error or failed transaction verified by the gateway.
Refunds, if approved, are initiated within 7–10 business days to the original payment method (card/UPI/netbanking). Bank processing times may vary.
4. No-Refund Cases
- Plan or boost already started/consumed or visibility delivered.
- Change of mind after successful delivery.
5. How to Raise a Request
Email details to support@lyinkcircle.com within 7 days of the transaction with: Order ID, date/time, amount, payment method, and description/screenshot.
6. Store Purchases
If you paid via App Store/Play Store, their refund rules may apply and timelines are controlled by the store.
