Welcome to Lyink! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lyink mobile application, website, and related services (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Lyink
Lyink is an all-in-one community platform enabling users to share skills, services, food, and local businesses with people nearby.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, or listing a service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. By creating an account, you represent that you have capacity to contract under applicable law.
4. Account Registration & Security
- Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity on your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
5. User Conduct
- No false, misleading, illegal, or infringing content or listings.
- No harassment, scams, spam, malware, or attempts to access another user’s data.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including FSSAI, labor, and taxation where relevant to your listing.
6. Prohibited Listings (Illustrative)
Counterfeit items; weapons; narcotics; adult services; endangered wildlife; stolen goods; medical procedures; regulated financial products; or anything prohibited by law.
7. Services & Listings
Listings are posted by users. Lyink does not endorse, verify, or guarantee listing accuracy, quality, safety, or legality. Exercise due diligence.
8. Payments & Transactions
Lyink may integrate third-party payment gateways including, but not limited to, Google Play Billing, Apple App Store billing and Razorpay. Payments, refunds and cancellations are between users and/or these payment providers. Additional gateway or store terms may apply.
9. Cancellations, Refunds & Disputes
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Disputes between users should be resolved directly. Lyink may facilitate communication but is not obligated to mediate.
10. Content Ownership & Licence
You retain ownership of your content. You grant LYINK CIRCLE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and use your content for operating and promoting the Platform.
11. Intellectual Property
Software, trademarks, logos, and Platform design are owned by LYINK CIRCLE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. Do not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without consent.
12. Privacy
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, fraud, illegal activity, or risk to the Platform or other users. You may close your account by contacting support.
14. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: the Platform is provided “as is”; we disclaim implied warranties; we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LYINK CIRCLE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, its founders, employees, and partners from claims arising from your use, your breach of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Indian law governs. Courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
18. Force Majeure
No liability for delay or failure due to events beyond reasonable control.
19. Severability; Waiver; Assignment
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder survives. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without consent.
20. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date.
